Agricola
Agricultural activity is mainly aimed at specialized crops of wheat, corn, sunflower and fodder. It also produces excellent extra virgin olive oil obtained from the cold pressing of olives harvested from over 1,000 organically grown olive trees. The varieties grown by the Todini Farm are typical of Umbria: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino.
The particularly favorable microclimate, the natural fertility of the ground and the care of the master winemakers have generated the cultivation of which are obtained DOC and IGT wines of high quality. The vineyards extend for about 70 hectares. Grechetto and Sangiovese represent the typical productions. To these are added the international vines: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
Within the Agricola Todini, on the same land, partly also wooded and on a hilly area, there is an important and renowned farm-hunting farm of about 1,000 hectares, where you can hunt various species of game including pheasants, partridges, hares, mallards, partridges and wild boars. At the bottom of the valley there are large lakes covering an area of ??approx. 130,000 mq, populated by freshwater fish for sport fishing.
